MATERIALS USED ( Items 5 and 7 are dependent upon the size bearings used. Center of bearings used must obviously match center of angle iron where tube is secured.)

1). 5/16" PLATE FOR BASE 12"x10" (1/2" plate will work better, angle does not matter, its for aesthetics purposes only)
2). 1/2" PLATE 5" X 8" with 5/8" hole (width of this plate will vary depending on bearings used, I used 1/2" bearings.
3). 3/8" PLATE 3" X 1 1/2" (small piece under the base plate for mounting on bench vise)
4). 1 1/2" x 1 1/2"x 3/16" ANGLE 3" long (welded to C-channel below)
5). 2" x 1/8" thick C-channel 1 1/2" long with 45 Degree cut
6). 5/8" THREADED ROD COUPLING (welded to small piece of plate below)
7). 1/2" PLATE 1 1/4" x 1 1/4"
8). 5/8" THREADED ROD 7" LONG ( with handle of your choice)
9). 1" x 3/16" ANGLE ( welded to 1/2" pipe below)
10). 1/2" PIPE 1 1/2" LONG ( this piece needs the v shape cut to fit the 1" angle)
11) 1/2" SHAFT DIAMER HOLE SAW ARBOR ( will vary depending on diameter size bearings used)
12) 1/2" DIAMETER BEARINGS WITH 3/8" BOLTS
13) ONE 5/8" BOLT WITH FLAT WASHER ON BOTTOM.
