Taken from the WNYT 5-6:30 news block and NBC Nightly News. WNYT (channel 13) is NBC's affiliate for Albany, New York, the state's capital.
Most of the commercials aired during the news and rotate from the HD 16:9 ratio to the 4:3 one, especially because the tape's owners didn't have an HD TV set. WNYT itself didn't go HD until 2012, and even then many TV owners still had to adjust to the new reality.
