This is my attempt at brewing a lower ABV version of a Cold IPA. Call it what you will. Is it an IPL (India Pale Lager)? A West Coast Pilsner? I call this my Cool Pale Ale! It is a 100% German Pils base loaded with hop character from Citra and Simcoe. It was fermented warm with the lager yeast 34/70 from Fermentis.
