When people start out on their LP (linear progression) they like the deadlift the best because it allows them to add the most weight early on, but what to do when later down the line you can't add weight anymore because it is too hard to recover from the deadlifting sessions? You will need take a good look at your training regimen and make some adjustments, Steve will walk you through it!
