Setup:
2x Hack Set to enable 100% shield exploitable chance.
3x Banes Fury Set to for auto craze, debuff and more damage.
XP buff where possible
Where no XP buff is possible, buff travesal attack, counter attack or harvestable attack.
Try to add a buff that makes enemies harvestable by crits/damage or weapon damage.
Short gear overview at 10:20, in german, but you get the idea.
Benefits:
160k XP per round.
Harvestable enemies get automatically targeted by the game (at least on PC), so its just left-click until every one in range is harvested.
Retrigger harvestable on brutes, harvest, shotgun, retrigger, harvest, shotgun, throw a grenade.
Good single and AoE damange.
Locks enemies down, if you do it in a group.
No hassle.
Removing all XP buffs with damage enhancments makes it even more fun.
