This one here is inspired by @benjamintodmusic and @lostdogstreetband old street version of this song. So with this I am tipping my hat to Townes the greatest American Songwriter to live along with our very best current modern day living songwriter @benjamintodmusic .
It's one of the first tunes I learned to play and sing when I first picked backup music in 2023 after years of not playing. It is one of the first cover songs I took out on the streets busking. I have always sang it this way and it's the only way I know how to tell this story. Hope yall enjoy ! Cheers
