Not my best! mic didn't work, got the day wrong and went way over time. BUT!! it still got done! Day 40 ticked off!
It isn't about perfection, it is about consistency, creating a Habit. Creating a lifestyle. "Fit" is a lifestyle.
Working the body to create flow, flow keeps all our systems in check! Our fascial systems works with more freedom, our lymphatic system flows good and proper. Our cardiovascular system flows better, keeping our muscles in good form. It is all connected! It is about working with the entire self, connecting inward.
MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE it doesn't have to be perfect, it has to be a part of the daily routine!
Move weird. Move different. Move daily! Pay attention to every sensation. Move with breath and control.
