Nelson Icenhower demonstrates the Record & Playback feature on the Steam LP. The ability to record your shots as you dial in and either copy them across all group heads OR dial in another coffee (2 per group) will provide you with the flexibility and repeatability your cafe needs.
1. Enter “manual mode” and dial in your coffee.
2. The machine records the settings for each shot, so when you pull the perfect shot just “save”.
3. Copy those settings to all groups or dial in another coffee (2 settings per group).
4. Playback the same delicious shots all day long.
