The Vector Drone: Ukraine's Most Valuable Reconnaissance Asset?

On May 31st, 2023, a German startup company called Quantum Systems announced a significant development in the field of unmanned aerial systems, revealing that the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has placed a third order for an additional 300 of their surveillance Vector UAVs.

Across the three orders, an estimated $93 million has been spent on the platform. So, what exactly is the Vector drone, how does it work and why does it hold significance for Ukraine?
