Playthrough with Noob Saibot. The Saturn version was released later than the Playstation version. It's basically the Playstation version but with several extra issues, such as the transparency effects being changed (and look terrible), a lot more slow down and longer load times. Some of the sound effects are messed up as well -the grunts the cyber ninjas make when they run is really high pitched for some reason.
As for the single player gameplay, it's as horrible as usual -the CPU opponents are really aggressive, and love to combo you and be in your face all the time. Noob Saibot is a legendarily broken character, even against the CPU -if you hit them with his projectile, they can't hit you for a few seconds, so you can easily get a couple of combos in. He's also got the most easy to do combo in the game: low kick, low kick, low kick, low kick. This strategy even works on the bosses. The only boss I struggled to get it to work with that well was Motaro (who I don't fight in this playthrough) -Noob's projectile often bounces off him. I found if you try and do it a point blank range, it works better.
