Known for the many petite cottage homes built from 1870-1900, this is one of Indy’s most humble neighborhoods. It began as such, as a home for working class families new to Indianapolis. Now, it’s one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Indy with a very bright future ahead!

This neighborhood is home to some of the most fun and unique cafes, eateries, and pubs. You’ve got Kan Kan cinema (food too!), Amelia’s french-style bakery, Sidedoor Bagel, Centerpoint Brewing, 8th Day Distillery, Mayfair Taproom, Dorman Street Saloon, the upscale Beholder restaurant, and even more!

Just to get a taste of how hot this neighborhood is: in 2017 the median home price was around $140,000. Now, it is hovering around $320,000. That’s a 128% price increase in 5 years! We don’t think this is stopping any time soon. Windsor Park in particular is really exploding, with more and more new builds priced upwards of $600,000 being built every week it seems like.
