The Sottoriva ATHENA is an automatic heavy-duty divider rounder. It is suitable for working with soft and semi-hard dough. It has a high output of dividing and rounding dough suitable for processing round, moulded, pita, pizza bread and finger rolls.
The star wheel dosing system and pressure adjustment in the portioning chamber handle the dough gently. The dough is weighted and discharged to the rounding drum. The rounding speed can be electronically adjusted, even during operation. The spreading belts transfer the rounded pieces of dough for pick-up or for to be used in other moulders.
The Sottoriva Athena divider rounder's production rate varies from 1000 to 2000 pcs/hour per row with a weight range from 30 to 125 grams.
With the ability to store up to 50 programs, the intuitive control panels are easy to use and provide operation diagnostics.
