We are in peak cherry tomato season now, so let's dehydrate some to preserve our cherry tomatoes for winter! Dehydrating tomatoes concentrates the flavor and makes them shelf-stable so we can enjoy this taste of summer during the colder months. These make a great snack, but my favorite way to use them is in bread!
