Spider-Man is a playable character in Disney Infinity: 2.0 Edition. He was first seen in the trailer for the game, when he is seen briefly swinging and chasing Green Goblin. He has a Costume Change Disc for Alien Symbiote. He also has a Black Suit Spider-Man variant that is identical to the Alien Symbiote costume and is sold in the PlayStation Vita Starter Pack along with the Spider-Man Play Set. Black Suit Spider-Man was released as a single figure for Disney Infinity: 3.0 Edition. Spider-Man uses his Web Line ability for ranged attacks, where he can stun enemies and pull them closer to him. He has a melee combo where he punches, kicks, and attacks with the help of his Web. Spider-Man has the Super Jump, Web Sling, and Wall Crawl abilities.

Green Goblin (a.k.a. Norman Osborn) is a major recurring antagonist in the comics, shows and movies of "Spider-Man". He appears in the Disney Infinity 2.0 trailer, being chased by Spider-Man. Armed with Pumpkin Bombs, the brilliantly nefarious Goblin uses his Electro Shock Gauntlet to dispatch opponents handily in the world of Spider-Man. Super human strength makes him one fearsome villain and spectacular super jumps and the ability to charge his bombs into more powerful bolas all make him a villainous force to be reckoned with for both symbiotes and Super Heroes alike. Green Goblin has Super Strength, the Villain ability, and can be upgraded to have a Super Jump.

Venom is a character in Spider-Man Comics. He was confirmed to be playable in a Target advertisement showing off the game. He is playable in Marvel's Spider-Man Play Set and the Toy Box. Venom uses Web Bolts, similar to Spider-Man, as his ranged attack. With these he is able to stun enemies, or drag them towards him. He uses powerful symbiote punches in his melee attack. Venom has Super Strength, Super Jump, Wall Crawl, the Villain ability, and can be upgraded to have Web Sling as well.
