Spinach and Cheese Quiche Ingredients 28 cm/ 11 inch:
Shortcrust pastry
240 g flour
120 g cold butter
70 g cold sour cream 20% fat
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
Filling
5 eggs
200 g ricotta (or farmers cheese)
150 g cheese (of your choice)
70 g spinach
50 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
150 g cherry tomatoes
chili pepper (optional)
red onion (optional)
garlic cloves (optional)
