Face yoga is a wonderful way to relieve tension in the muscles, sculpt the tissues, increase circulation, stimulate collagen and elastin and lymphatic fluid flow. By doing this, you can increase the vibrancy and vitality of the skin, slow down aging, and shape and sculpt the face.
We will also be including some stretching to help for better flexibility in the connective tissue.
