Teaching my Newborn to Swim! Lesson #4 | He is only 26 Days old and today he GOES UNDERWATER!

At just 26 days old, our little guy hit a major milestone—his first gentle underwater swim!

In this lesson, I’m putting into action everything I learned from Aqua Babies Montreal in Lesson 3. From better body support to strength-building techniques, I’m working on improving how I guide him through the water—keeping it safe, calm, and effective.

We’re practicing all the new holds, reinforcing comfort in the water, and when the moment felt right… he went under for the very first time. It was a beautiful step in his swim journey!
