1920’s Santa Barbara is revived in this Spanish Mission style custom home by Sims Luxury Builders. Set on a beautiful lot in the Memorial area of Houston, this home features classic Spanish Colonial architecture with fine interior and exterior detailing.
Homeowner satisfaction is always a primary focus at Sims Luxury Builders, as illustrated by this story shared by president Chris Sims. “We maintained an extraordinary working relationship with our clients while building this home. Shortly after move-in, they threw an amazing catered party complete with musicians and an ice sculpture for our team and all of the subcontractors and their families.
