🥔 Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
3 eggs
1 small onion (optional)
Fresh coriander (dania)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
🥣 Instructions:
1. Deep fry the sliced potatoes until golden and crispy.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add salt, onions, dania, and the cooked chips.
3. Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil.
4. Pour in the egg-chips mixture and spread evenly.
5. Cook on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
6. Serve hot with kachumbari or your fave sauce!
