WWHP Soft Opening and Forbidden Journey Part 1

I visited Islands of Adventure June 1st to hear there had been a soft opening that morning. The girl from Guest Services informed me there MIGHT be one the next day, but no promises. Since I had the day of, I did decided to go for it. (The previous day they'd apparently let in the first 700 guests into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter from 8 am to 10 am.) June 2nd, they were open to just resort guests. Or so they said. After getting there 40 minutes before park opening and then waiting 56 minutes in stagnant Florida heat and sun, they said we could look around for 4 glorious minutes. Enough time to get a quick (if not jerky) video recording of it all. Boy did I get a surprise! Two hours later I got to leave.
