Namaste Doston! Aaj ke video mein hum banane ja rahe hain sardiyon ki jaan - "Masaledar Matar ki Sabzi". Yeh dish itni tasty aur chatpati hai ki aap do ki jagah chaar rotiyan kha jayenge! Yeh ek perfect lunch ya dinner recipe hai jo bahut jaldi ban jaati hai aur sabko bahut pasand aati hai.

Main Star:
Taaze ya Frozen Matar (Green Peas) - [e.g., 2 Cups]
For the Masala Base (Gravy ke liye):
Tel / Ghee (Oil/Ghee) - [e.g., 2 tbsp]
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - [e.g., 1 tsp]
Heeng (Asafoetida) - [a pinch]
Pyaaz (Onions) - [e.g., 2 medium, finely chopped]
Adrak-Lehsun ka paste (Ginger-Garlic Paste) - [e.g., 1 tbsp]
Tamatar (Tomatoes) - [e.g., 2 large, pureed or finely chopped]
Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) - [e.g., 2, slit]
Spice Powders (Sookhe Masale):
Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder) - [e.g., ½ tsp]
Laal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) - [e.g., 1 tsp, swaadanusaar]

Recipe ke Khaas Steps (Banane ki Vidhi):
Tadka: Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Jeera aur Heeng ka tadka lagayein.
Bhunai (Sautéing): Kata hua pyaaz daalein aur sunahara bhoora (golden brown) hone tak bhoonein. Phir adrak-lehsun paste aur hari mirch daalkar kachapan nikalne tak pakayein.
Masala Base: Tamatar ki puree daalein. Saath hi haldi, laal mirch, dhaniya powder aur namak daalein. Is masale ko tab tak bhoonein jab tak ki kinaaron se tel alag na hone lage (Oil separation is key!).
Matar Daalein: Ab ismein matar daalein aur masale ke saath 2-3 minute tak bhoonein.
Pakana (Cooking): Zaroorat ke anusaar paani daalein (jaisi gravy aapko chahiye), dhakkar matar ke naram hone tak pakayein.
Finishing Touch: Aakhir mein garam masala aur Kasuri Methi (haathon se crush karke) daalein. Taaze hare dhaniye se garnish karein aur garma-garam roti ya paranthe ke saath serve karein!
