Ingredients:
1.Beef or Mutton 700 gram
2. Ginger paste 2 tbsp
3. Garlic paste 2 tbsp
4. Onion 2 medium
5. Tomato 4
6. Salt 2 tbsp or according to taste
7. Black cardamom 3
8. Black pepper 2 tsp
9. Black pepper powder 2 tbsp
10. Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
11. Cooking oil ⅓ cup
12. Green chillies 4
13.Ginger slices 2 tbsp
14. Lemon slices 2 tbsp
15. Water 2 glass
