In this edition of the Hub with Wang Guan, participants at the third Dialogue on Exchanges and Mutual Learning among Civilizations, discuss the uniting power of culture with Liu Jianchao, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee; Miguel Angel Moratinos, High Representative of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations; and Luis Rivero, Director of the Museum of Teotihuacan Culture in #Mexico. They say that exchange and dialogue should prevail over estrangement, mutual learning over clashes, and inclusiveness over cultural superiority in order to advance human civilization, as advocated by President #Xi Jinping's Global Civilization Initiative.

Wang Guan also talks to Nigina Rasuleva, associate professor at Faculty of Sinology at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies; Nama Didier, National Pedagogic Inspector of Chinese Language of the Ministry of Secondary Education of Cameroon; Dorien Emmers, assistant professor at KU Leuven Chinese Studies Group; and Ahmed Ghoneim, executive director of the National Museum of the #Egyptian Civilization, and asks them how they view this unique opportunity to advance the cause of mutual understanding among civilizations and why it matters.
