The Department of Defence’s Beecroft Weapons Range (BWR) spans approximately 4,200 hectares of Beecroft Peninsula, the northern headland of Jervis Bay, NSW. Known as Bundarwa to the Jerrinja people, the traditional custodians of the land.
Popular areas include: Honeymoon Bay, Point Perpendicular, Outer Tubes, Long Beach, Target Beach, and Silica Cove. Basic camping facilities are available at Honeymoon Bay when open.
The Range is open to the public on weekends and during NSW public and school holidays.
Visitors should be aware that access may change at short notice due to military activity, weather, or road conditions. It is highly recommended to contact the Range before visiting to confirm public access.
