Fixing the 510's OEM Flaw with 3D Printing | Custom Carbon Fiber Interior Mod!

Hated how the OEM ignition tumbler on my 1972 Datsun 510 faced the window — so I moved it to the center console! But that left a gaping hole in the steering column cover and hated the exposed colum even more. Time to fix what Nissan didn’t with some 3D modeling and printing magic. I designed a brand new cover from scratch and printed it using 3DXTech ASA-CF, a carbon fiber-filled ASA filament that’s perfect for automotive interiors.
