Ingredients:
1 large artisan bread loaf (like a sourdough boule)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prep the Bread:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using a sharp knife, cut the bread in a crosshatch pattern (do not cut through the bottom crust). The cuts should be about 1 inch apart.
Mix the Flavors:
