This is the Garmin Vivosport fitness tracker released in Oct 2017. It's the fitness tracker that sets the benchmark for all other fitness trackers for 2018.

It's discrete, low profile styling hides a plethora of fitness features and functions.from built-in GPS and wrist based heart rate monitor to VO2 Max fitness test, 24/7 Stress Testing with a relaxing breathing program (four fold breath)

CardioCritic has been lucky enough to test the Garmin Vivosport for the last 5 days and has awarded this brilliant fitness tracker a 5 Star Review.

Unlike the majority of fitness trackers on the market the VIvosport is suitable for everyone from newbie exerciser to serious athlete. It's particularly suitable for RUNNERS with auto-laps, auto-pause, heart rater zone control and virtual partner. Features only normally found on serious runners' watches like the Garmin Forerunner range.

Another great feature of the Vivosport is it's Heart Rate Broadcast. Put the tracker in to HR Broadcast mode and it transmits your heart rate to an compatible ANT+ device like a Garmin Edge 520, Edge 820, Edge 1000, Edge 1030 etc (or other ANT+ device). This means you can leave your chest strap at home but still monitor heart rate directly from the wrist.

7 day watch battery (non-GPS mode) with an 8 hour GPS battery life. I got nearly 4 days use from the Vivosport using the GPS for approximately 1.5 hours per day. You can't really expect much more than that considering it;s small size
