Through my experience, I touch more on the topics of mental health rather than the damaging effects of fast fashion can have on our world. However, since leaving the fashion industry and my values have changed, I started adopting a more sustainable fashion regimen which include buying significantly less clothes, thrifting and going for more quality pieces that you can keep for a really long time.
