Muscogee County Sheriff Greg Countryman announced on social media the Sheriff's Office was able to provide nearly 300 families with food during phase one of Operation Good Samaritan. The food was distributed Tuesday night. Countryman said they have more giveaway events planned the remainder of the year, and going into 2026. Learn more here.
