This code will allow your kart to drive on nothing, which means you can drive anywhere.

Controls:
Select: Enables the code.
Start: Disables the code.
L+Up/Down: Moves the kart upward or downward.
You'll also become immune to fall barriers, and your kart will always be on a flat surface.
