In this video you will discover how to adjust the grind size on the MDJ coffee grinder.
Here all the steps:
Place your empty filter holder on a weighing scale and tare it
Use manual dosing to grind the coffee
TAKE NOTE OF THE TIME *
Weight your coffee and adjust grind size if necessary
Brew your coffee
Shot running fast? Grind is too coarse
Make it finer
Turn clockwise
Keep the dose the same by increasing grinding time
Shot running slow? Grind is too fine
Make it coarser
Turn anticlockwise
KEEP THE DOSE THE SAME BY DECREASING GRINDING TIME
Flush 2 shots of coffee before re-checking
THIS WILL PURGE THE GRINDING CHAMBER OF THE PREVIOUS GRIND SETTING
Your grind is correct when your recipe is completed in your preferred time
