Ingredients
1 pack Maggi Kari
16 ounces tofu, diced and fried
2 bunches pechay, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
2 tomatoes, wedged
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 ½ cups water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat 1/2 cup of cooking oil. Fry the tofu until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Reduce the oil to 3 tablespoons. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until firm. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Heat around 2 1/2 teaspoons of cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion, amd tomato until the tomato softens.
Add fried tofu, bok choy, and oyster sauce. Cook for 1 minute while stirring.
Pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Add Maggi Kari Seasoning packet. Stir.
Add the noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch. Mix well and pour into the wok. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Transfer to a serving dish. Serve with rice and enjoy.
