Ryan Leslie tells us the number one way to get more placements and to make more money as a producer. He then makes a comparison to the percentage of contacts we utilize in our phones and the percentage of our brain we use as humans. He also says if you're not in the position you want to be financially, or in your career you need to spend the same amount of time you spend getting nice at producing, you need to be getting nice at building relationships. If you're not making 30 phone calls a day, its time to start!
