食材 / Ingredient list：

餃子皮 半斤 / Dumpling Wrappers 300g (normally consists of 30 pcs)
蔥少量 (切碎) / Handful of Scallion (chopped)

豬肉 300克, 調味料 A 如下：
300g minced pork seasoned with the following:

鹽 ½ 茶匙 / ½ tsp of Salt
糖 ¼ 茶匙 / ¼ tsp of Sugar
豉油 1茶匙 / 1 tsp of Soy sauce
紹酒 ¼ 茶匙 / ¼ tsp of Shaoxing wine
麻油 1茶匙 / 1 tsp of Sesame oil
薑蔥生粉水 1湯匙 / 1 tbsp of Cornstarch (mixing with Water、Ginger and Scallion)

芫荽少量 (切碎) / Handful of fresh Coriander (chopped)
紫菜 5克 (切碎) / Seaweed 5g (chopped)
皮蛋 4隻 (切碎) / 4 Preserved Eggs (chopped)
配入調味料 B 如下：
Seasoned with the following:

糖 1 茶匙 / 1 tsp of Sugar
豉油 1茶匙 / 1 tsp of Soy sauce
蠔油 1茶匙 / 1 tsp of Sesame oil
食油 1湯匙 / 1 tbsp Oil
胡椒粉 少許 / A few of Pepper
