Are you looking for an alternative to highway driving? Are you tired of staring at the rear end of the truck in front of you? This route follows the Snake River, roughly from the point where the Snake River empties into the Columbia River. Devils Canyon Road was paved until 1991. It then snakes its way north towards Spokane, or in that general direction. There’s much to see if we turn off the main highway and ride those less traveled roads.
