Mobile Stole/Chori on New Shaaheed Sthal Metro Station | Ghaziabad, No help from CISF and DMRC

On, 16-Sept-2025 Timestamp 8:48AM to 8:51 AM, My Phone got stolen from Platform no. 2 Towards Rithala. While taking 8:52 AM Metro.
I also checked the CCTV camera but the spot I am taking the metro is not visible on the CCTV, It's totally a blind spot for the CCTV. And Everytime phone got stolen from the same spot. There is a camera on that spot but it is facing on the opposite side.

When I reached the help desk they literally told me to go to the Police Chokki. We can't help in this case. It is a normal thing here every day someone's phone gets stolen. ( Hearing this sounds like it is pre-planning, because no one taking action on this)

Yesterday, 5 phones were stolen and Today is 3 phones were stolen including my phone.

It my everyday journey from New Saheed sthal to Pul Bangash,
It not the first time it happening it happen everyday, Last month from same spot My friends phone is stolen.

I already raised the same concern for the CCTV Camera, Why is the DMRC not taking action on this loophole, Everyday someone's phone gets stolen on the same spot.
