This seed is all you can ask for, housing fastion with god terrain, 20 obby, 300 block blind and insta perch. But yet I still managed to not get sub 10 sadly. Stronghold nav was pretty bad, my luck with blaze rates were also pretty bad and I did a pretty slow housing route, I could've done manhunt or topdown but I didnt want to risk anything (forgot that I had a gold helmet then)

Also if my 2nd portal spawned in the staircase room i would've easily had a 10-15 seconds stronghold split because the navigation is comically easy. So in a way the cave generation below the staircase room ruined the sub 10. I also should've went back to staircase room immediately after getting to the stronghold. big mistake..

I also measured 2 eyes cuz the calculator was like 40% sure it was 300 blocks away but I didn't want to highroll i was already at my best pace ever and didn't want to risk anything
