Wyoming Jade - Ornamental
In this video, Jade Leader shows some of its trenching activities in September and October of 2019 and subsequent stone testing work. The short 2019 trenching program resulted in the collection of some 280 ornamental type Jade samples with a collective weight in excess of 2.34 Tonnes (51,700 lbs).
Normally better suited to larger carvings and figurines, this medium grained mottled to veined nephrite Jade has been found to be very competent, with sufficient translucency to have potential uses in the dimension stone space as polished surfaces, backlit mosaics and other uses.
