Sharing a full day of eats from my 3rd trimester of pregnancy as I prep for labor. Watch to see all the meals as well as a few things I'm using to help prep my body for labor including dates and raspberry leaf tea.
Breakfast: 2 blueberry muffins + oat milk latte
Lunch: stuffed sweet potato + raspberry leaf tea
Dinner: spaghetti squash with chicken marinara + beet and goat cheese salad + zucchini and onions
Snacks: medjool dates + pumpkin pie energy balls
