Here is the gameplay walkthrough for Sniper Elite Resistance. The game is quite difficult because the ai movements are not always the same. I only used melee attack against humans except for the final mision. All mission objectives are completed so you will achieve 3 stars at the end. I only used sniper rifle in the final mission. I shot 5 times to explode or to get the missions done. I did not kill any enemy unless they are targets. I had to move the unconscious bodies to a safe spot otherwise the explosion will kill them.
