Buying Fort Zancudo army base hangar changes everything

If you buy the hangar at Fort Zancudo, then it changes your security clearance at the army base and takes away most of the fun! With the new security clearance you can enter without picking up wanted stars or the army attacking you on foot and in tanks. However, if you do take out a soldier or steal a jet or tank, then they will attack, albeit not as ferociously as normal with just the two wanted stars. Stranger still if you enter the now empty control tower you pick up four stars...
