Lobster Cheese Dog

Surprisingly, my favorite thing about this lobster cheese dog was the coleslaw. It’s essentially just a standard coleslaw recipe with the addition of gochujang and sesame oil/seeds. Whether you decide to stuff a lobster with cheese or not, the coleslaw is worth throwing together!
