This video takes you through the process of changing the oil on a 2007 CBR 1000. We start by removing the lower fairings, then drain the Oil and remove the Oil Filter. We then replace the oil filter and drain plug (torqueing to 22 foot lbs) and refill the bike with 4 quarts or motorcycle oil designed for a wet type clutch. After that we fire it up and check for leaks.
