Where you are: You are FY 2 doctor in Emergency Department.
Who the patient is: Mr Stuart Rosewood, aged 68 has been brought in by ambulance with confusion.
Other information about the patient: The patient is known to be alcoholic and has history of recurrent falls. He was found fallen today morning by one of his neighbour who called the ambulance. Staff nurse has performed some investigations which are available in the cubicle.
What you must do: Talk to the patient, assess and manage his ongoing problems. At two minutes warning discuss the management with the examiner.
