Dark Dizzy's stage, also known as Dark Necrobat, from Mega Man X5 for the Sony Playstation PSX. No damage taken, buster only. Features location of the Sub-Tank. Note the slowed movement here is intentional, supposedly caused by the "black-hole" in the background. The concept of a planetarium for a stage setting is a refreshing change for X5. But, I was disappointed at the gravity mechanics implemented here. In fact, there's really no mechanics at all...the game simply flips the stage. X remains right-side up as usual without any effect. What's the point? It would've been cool to see Gravityman's stage physics here. Wtf capcom!? Dark Necrobat usually starts by unleashing clouds of Batton Bones, while aimlessly flying around the room completely vulnerable. A fully charged buster shot can easily tear through them all. He will also create three slow-moving large sonic waves that cover nearly the entire room. Getting up and over them requires a precise well-timed wall jump. Then, Necrobat begins charging his hacks. Yeah, Dark Dizzy is a time hacker. However, he can only fly so far before the time-freeze fades. His weakness is the F-Laser or C-Flasher.
