Entrevista realizada poco despúes del Referéndum celebrado el 1 de Octubre en Catalunya.

Un año después, las políticas del Estado Español han continuado con sus métodos de represión a la población catalana por querer ejercer su derecho a decidir, con un balance pésimo en cuanto a democracia se refiere:

-Suspensión cautelar de la Ley de Referéndum por parte del Tribunal Constitucional
-Investigación de Ayuntamientos y otras Instituciones
-Bloqueo de páginas web
-Aplicación del artículo 155 de la Constitución Española, dando paso a la intervención Estatal en la Autonomía catalana, conllevando el cese del ejecutivo autonómico y la asunción de sus funciones por el gobierno central, el control del Parlamento catalán, de los Mossos d'Esquadra y de los medios de comunicación públicos, y la convocatoria de Elecciones para el día 21 de Diciembre de 2017
-Encarcelamiento de:
Jórdi Sánchez, presidente de la ANC; Jordi Cuixart, presidente de Omnium Cultural; Oriol Junqueras, Vicepte. del Govern; Joaquim Forn, Dolors Bassa, Raül Romeva, Jordi Turull y Josep Rull, Consejerxs y Carme Forcadell, Ex-presidenta del Parlament
-Exilio de:
Carles Puigdemont, Presidente de la Generalitat; Antoni Comin, Lluis Puig, Meritxell Serret y Clara Ponsatí, Consejerxs; Anna Gabriel, Diputada de las CUP en el Parlament y Marta Rovira, Secretaria General de ERC.
-Detenciones y acusaciones de terrorismo a los CDR (Comités de Defensa de la República)
-Heridos y hospitalizados tras las cargas policiales del 1 de Octubre
-Manipulación en medios de comunicación
-Impunidad de grupos de extrema derecha en acciones y ataques violentos

A year later, the policies of the Spanish State have continued with their methods of repression against the Catalan population for wanting to exercise their right to decide, with a terrible balance in terms of democracy:

-The precautionary suspension of the Referendum Law by the Constitutional Court
-Investigation of Town Halls and other Institutions
-Locking web pages
-Application of article 155 of the Spanish Constitution, giving way to State intervention in the Catalan Autonomy, leading to the cessation of the autonomic executive and the assumption of its functions by the central government, the control of the Catalan Parliament, of the Mossos d'Esquadra and of the public media, and the call of Elections for December 21, 2017
