So I have heard that when the Magic Kingdom closes at 6pm due to the Halloween Party, the crowds at the park are lower than usual throughout the day. In this video, I will take you around the entire park to show you the crowd levels and wait times for the rides to see if it truly is less crowded. I went on October 17th from around 3pm-4:30pm.
