Using alcohol ink and acrylic ink together.
For this piece I did some fades in some beautiful colors with a lot of contrast in the middle and then used acrylic ink from Liquitex to paint some small and simple branches.
I paint a lot of trees (and branches) with acrylic paint on canvas and I love combining my love of trees with alcohol ink.
I painted the branches with black acrylic ink to make them stand out a bit - creating a very nice contrast to the alcohol ink colors. And... of course spicing it up with some brass.

Nara paper
Piñata alcohol ink - Sangria
Ranger alcohol ink - Oregono
Piñata brass
Liquitex acrylic ink - black
A size 00 brush
Navimer Pure alcohol 96%
Remington hairdryer
