Beef Broccoli Stir Fry

Recipe is good for 3-4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. or 475 grams beef (sirloin or flank steak)
300 grams (large head) broccoli
3 cloves garlic (crushed or minced)
1 tbsp. crushed or minced thinly ginger
MARINATE:
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine/cooking wine(optional)
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp.oil
SAUCE:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cooking wine(substitute it with mirin if not available)
7-8 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
*drizzle a teaspoon of sesame oil to the beef broccoli then mix before serving to add more flavor(optional)
*toasted sesame seeds for garnishing
*best served with white steameed rice
