FULL: Karoline Leavitt says the US plans to take oil from tanker seized near Venezuela

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt briefed the media on Thursday, which was a day after President Donald Trump announced the U.S. seized a "very large" oil tanker near Venezuela in the Caribbean.
Leavitt said the vessel is currently undergoing a forfeiture process and will eventually head to a U.S. port.
Leavitt said the Department of Justice requested and was approved for a warrant to seize the vessel because it's a sanctioned shadow vessel known for carrying black-market sanctioned oil to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, or the IRGC.
